Venturing crew

A Venturing Scout Crew is a co-ed, youth-led group within the Boy Scouts of America (BSA) program designed for older teens, typically ages 14-20. The focus of Venturing is on outdoor activities, high-adventure experiences, leadership, and personal development. Unlike traditional Boy Scout troops, which follow a more structured advancement system, Venturing crews allow for greater flexibility, with youth members planning their own activities based on their interests, such as camping, hiking, climbing, or community service. Venturing encourages leadership skills, teamwork, and responsible decision-making, all while promoting fun and challenging experiences.
